Liz really cares about people and tries to help everyone she can, and with an 18,000+ subscriber base on Youtube, she reaches a lot of people. This is a wonderful video she made about the effects of low self-esteem and eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia and smoking. These are things that effect many people every day and the world we live in unfortunately doesn't help people to feel that they are fine the way they are.
